There is no greater joy than winning the lost and seeing the fresh tears of repentance as people have asked Jesus to come into their heart and to really make Him Lord of All. Many have received the baptism of the Holy Spirit which absolutely changed their entire lives.
Meet Connie Carpenter
Connie Carpenter has been preaching the Gospel since 1978 and was ordained in Santa Barbara in 1983 under the ministry of Bobbie Jean Merck, A Great Love International. She and her husband Pete founded Word of Life Ministries in 1984, a non-profit organization.
She has a deep desire to allow the Holy Spirit to have complete liberty in her meetings. “It is of utmost importance that I follow the leading of the Holy Spirit.” He alone knows how to please the Father and minister life to God’s people.
Connie seeks God’s direction for the content of her messages with prayer and fasting as well as time spent in personal worship prior to each service. She has always sought the endorsement from above. She has learned that if the presence of God fills the house, lives are changed forever and Jesus is glorified!
During her meetings, many experience the power of the Holy Spirit in a very tangible way. She continually yields to the slightest whisper of the Holy Spirit. He has been her greatest teacher.
